We edited a two-minute trailer, distributed on social media and video sharing platforms, to inform and excite Crenshaw Dairy Mart’s audience. Given 18 hours of process footage, we researched the Crenshaw Dairy Mart’s purpose to understand which values to highlight to resonate with their target audience. Listening to an Angela Davis interview, we were able to find a through line to Patrisse Cullors, co-founder of Crenshaw Dairy Mart and the BLM movement which helped us tie the piece together.
